Facilitate sale of surplus power from captive power plants:- Unlike the bundled electrification practices of prior 2003 scenario or bilateral trading, the client need not run around for buying or selling excess captive power. Rather we on behalf of our client will make the bid to IEX for evaluating who in turn send the successful bids to NLDC / RLDC & SLDC who will schedule the power distribution in a scheduled manner.
Training & Client grooming:- Each individual client will be provided with state of the art training for

Integrated risk-management: - In any market based environment, there is always some risk. But with the right information expertise, risk exposure can be minimized. MPL provides strategic development, implementation and execution services to put leverage to our energy market dealing with leading edge technology. We review the client’s business goals and objectives; help them to analyze and to employ automatic notification on target goals. We will complement these services with accurate and timely energy market updates.
Reporting and budgeting tools: -MPL will create a detailed “supply profile report”, which will be available online 24/7 which includes:-
- Total power consumed and forecasted costs
- Breakout of all cost components including IEX, basic and professional charges
- Hedging against unsuccessful bidding at IEX platform
- Dynamic budgeting and remodeling of forecasting tools
Operational Support:- MPL also offers a range of optional services equipped with a strong project management and execution team to ensure that our clients have the information and tools they need to achieve their goals and attain the highest levels of satisfaction with our transaction method and processing. - Ensuring rate class optimization
- Providing day ahead power cost data
- Making available captive generation capacity / buy / sell / arbitrage opportunities
- Providing T.W.S facility to IEX
- Providing round the clock trading desk coverage
Single window service:- MPL Act as an intermediary providing single window service after identifying the buyers and sellers by IEX for faster generation of follow up actions on an unbiased platform. It provides simpler co-ordination requirement for one point contact, minimum staffing required by client as end user organization.
Over the counter (OTC) Service:- Only for financial transaction MPL will act as a nodal agency to facilitate over the counter trading through IEX platform.
Liasoning:- MPL will also help in making the coordination between agencies for open access, dispatch, metering, billing, energy account realization etc.
Financial Assistance:- We at MPL shall work together towards fulfilling power sector utility’s every requirement by providing timely and prompt services and also by assisting emergency fund acquiring for margin money payment from various resources with a strive to improve customer’s satisfaction on continual manner.
